Strategic undertaking with the aim of identifying transactional activities undertaken in Finance and transitioning them to a newly appointed shared service centre specializing in delivering operational solutions to various parts of the Bank. We supported the central PMO through the first wave of transitions. A programme lead is now engaged in the stabilization phase, ensuring that the transitioned teams and activities are appropriately embedded within Operations. It includes refining the organization model for some part of Operations, designing Management Information required to manage the new structure, and monitoring risks and issues identified prior to the transition to ensure they are properly addressed.
In particular, we supported mapping processes and identifying key issues within P&L Production, Financial Control and Operations.
