Control Framework Review

A GRT team was engaged to support the Financial Control team in its review of reconciliation framework over Exchange Traded Derivatives. This project aims at identifying improvement opportunities in the Management Review Process, and to the balance sheet substantiation activities that supports it.   The analysis covers all business lines (Equity, Rates, Commodities, FX, Credit) and key trading locations across Americas, Europe and Asia
