Digital asset audit, recon and reporting

Digital asset firms need audit, reconciliation and regulatory reporting that can keep up with on-chain activity across many jurisdictions. Most inherited a patchwork of wallets, exchanges and spreadsheets that could not support AML, KYC, travel-rule or accounting close.

GRT designed standardised data models and financial architecture for blockchain transaction reconciliation, then built the downstream reporting that treasury, accounting, tax and compliance actually run. The work sat inside a Palantir-backed digital asset infrastructure business covering more than 30 jurisdictions, with controls automated where they could be made resilient rather than manual.

GRT delivered audit and reporting infrastructure that digital asset companies could run as a control environment, not as a year-end scramble: reconciled transaction data, travel-rule and AML alignment, and reporting that finance and compliance could use without rebuilding the books each cycle.

Illustrative target architecture: move from a manual vertical stack to a core system with custody movement, low-code ops workflows, soft ledger and an immutable general ledger — with margin, revaluation and liquidation as configurable services.
