A Fellow of the International Compliance Association, Charanjit is a subject matter expert in Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime with 12 years of experience in the regulated sector. Given her in-depth AML expertise, she has utilised her experience and knowledge for developing systems and controls to mitigate the risks of financial crime. In her most recent role at an Authorised Payment Institution, she held the Head of Compliance and MLRO position. She is used to dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders and has worked on a number of internal remediation projects.
